The success of Jukebox remains, partly, in your hands! The people that use it are the best people to give ideas on how to shape and improve it. If you have any ideas, criticisms, or even praise (who knows, it could happen!), then feel free to e-mail me and I guarantee to reply to them (as long as they are sensible of course!)

If you are having any difficulties or find that something is not explained well enough and would like some additional help, then you are welcome to e-mail the address below also.

Please remember though, that this software is being written independently of any of the MP3 players. This means you should contact me if you experience any problems with Jukebox. If you think the problem is WinAmp related for example, then by all means check the Winamp website, but if you have any doubts that Jukebox may be causing the problem, give me a shout first!.

If you wish to report a bug, PLEASE state the version of the package you are running and the details of the fault. If it crashes, a crash log called 'CRASH.TXT' will be created.If you could include this file to the email, this would also help to diagnose any problems you have. (See the Privacy section of the website if you have any concerns).

If it should crash, PLEASE send me this file as it will also help me enormously to track down the little blighter!
